How do I track my order?+
Visit the orders page and enter the email used at checkout. Open an order for tracking details when available.
When do I get free shipping?+
US orders of $49 or more (before tax and discounts) qualify for free standard shipping. Smaller orders include a flat rate shown in your cart.
Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?+
Some items ship from different partner warehouses. Each package may have its own tracking number. You are not charged extra for split shipments on qualifying free-shipping orders.
How do DPS Rewards work?+
Earn points on purchases when you use the same email at checkout. View your balance on the rewards page and redeem at checkout when eligible.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?+
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue — we resolve damaged, defective, wrong, or missing items with a replacement or refund. Full details on our returns & refunds page.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes. International rates and delivery estimates appear at checkout. Import duties may apply outside the US.
How do I save items for later?+
Tap the heart on any product to add it to favorites. Saved items stay on this device in your browser.
